Before you start
Permissions can make a PDF read-only. The Agent does not provide scanned-text editing, signature editing or secure redaction, and text edits do not support general paragraph reflow. Native undo applies to supported edits.

Can PdfCraft edit PDF text online?
The Agent supports guarded edits to certain readable text lines and can add text boxes. Scanned text, unsupported fonts and read-only PDFs can prevent a text edit.
Is asking a PDF question the same as editing it?
No. PDF questions return answers in chat. Editing commands change the open document only when supported and requested; save a copy to keep those changes.
