Manual editing
The native editors process files in your browser. Saving and exporting generally download files to your device. Browser storage, where supported, belongs to this site and may be lost when you clear site data or use private browsing. Your account is not cloud file storage.
Account data
The account service stores your email, profile when supplied, sessions, credit ledger, orders and usage records. Account data is stored in a persistent database on the service. Access tokens can be revoked from your account.
AI with your own key
Your key stays in this browser, in session storage or local storage according to your settings. Requests go directly to the selected provider. Context and attachments you submit are handled under that provider’s policies. Never share a browser profile containing saved keys.
AI with credits
The account backend receives the request and forwards the required context or attachments to the configured AI provider. Depending on the tool this may include document text, structured editor state, images or audio. Usage and cost records support billing.
MCP file processing
MCP tasks send files to the service for native PDF or spreadsheet processing. Files and outputs are private to the account and expire after 24 hours while the service is running. Signed upload and download links are valid for ten minutes; anyone holding one can perform its specific operation until expiry. Dedicated MCP token hashes and usage timestamps are stored in the account database; raw tokens are shown only when created. Revoke access on the Account page.
Payments
Production checkout uses Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe.
Local storage and cookies
One session is shared across this site’s tool routes. Tool-specific preferences and provider-key settings remain separate. The account service uses session cookies. We use Umami and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, feature usage, and completed purchases. Analytics events do not include email addresses, API keys, prompts, or editor files. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits.
Contact and deletion
Use Contact for support information. Clearing local preview data removes local sessions and test records; it does not affect accounts on the old sites.
