Can I try the AI Agent before paying?
Yes. New accounts receive 10 starter credits on their first sign-in to try supported AI features. You can begin with these credits before purchasing a subscription or credit pack. Signup-credit trials have a 20 MB limit per MCP file.
What is the file-size limit for each plan?
MCP files can be up to 20 MB each for signup-credit trials and accounts without a subscription, 20 MB on Starter, and 100 MB on Creator or 100 MB on Studio. Monthly and yearly plans have the same limits. One-time credit packs add credits without changing your subscription tier. Output files follow the same allowance; split PDF outputs share it in total. A task can have up to 100 MB of combined inputs. Each tool also has format, page, dimension or duration limits. Can I use the same credits in every editor?
Yes. One account and one credit balance cover supported AI features across all 13 EasyRunCraft editors. You can use your balance for writing, document edits, spreadsheet analysis, images and audio without buying a separate plan for each editor.
What payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. The card and wallet options available for your purchase are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
How much do MCP tasks cost?
Standard document, spreadsheet, image and inspection tasks cost 1 credit per successful processing request. Audio processing, video export and animation rendering cost 5 credits per successful request. Credits are reserved before execution and charged only on success. Failed or cancelled tasks release the reservation. Uploads, quotes, capability checks, status polling and downloads have no separate charge. How are credits deducted for AI tasks?
Credits reflect the AI work your request needs. Short questions and small edits generally use fewer credits than long document analysis or more involved changes. The model, image size and amount of audio also affect usage. Manual work in the browser editors, including saving and exporting, uses no credits.
Do unsuccessful tasks use credits?
A failed AI model request is not charged. If an earlier part of your task completed successfully, its credits remain used even if a later editing action cannot be applied. Undoing an edit does not reverse credits already used by AI.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly credit period. Annual plans release credits monthly throughout the paid year. One-time credit pack credits do not expire. When you have both, subscription credits are used first, starting with those closest to expiry.
What if I need more credits?
Choose the One-time tab above to buy a credit pack, including while subscribed. The credits are added to your shared balance and can be used for supported AI features across all 13 editors.
Where can I check my credit balance?
Your available balance appears beside your avatar in the site and editor headers when it is above zero. My account shows your balance breakdown, and Usage shows completed AI and MCP tasks charged to your account. View your account →
Are there any additional fees?
Manual editing in the browser is free. AI features and MCP use follow the EasyRunCraft credit and plan terms; review the final total in Stripe Checkout before paying. When you connect an external agent through MCP, its AI provider may bill separately for model usage.
What is your refund policy?
Unused purchased credits may be reviewed for a refund. Consumed AI work is generally not refundable, subject to the purchase terms and applicable law. For a billing issue, contact support with your order identifier. Contact support →
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Canceling stops automatic renewal. Your current paid monthly period remains available until it ends. If you prepaid for a year, the remaining monthly credit installments are still released during that paid year. You can manage an active subscription from this page when subscription management is available.
